Actually, that was the translation of the song before the game came out in the US. I'm not sure who translated that title, but I rather like that title better than "Star-Stealing Girl".

Besides, "The Girl Who Stole The Star" better fits with the way Yasunori Mitsuda usually titles his pieces.

i'm a guy and I always tear up at this part in the game, its when serge saves kid from the burning house and then he disapears leaving her alone with all her family and friends gone.
