if you have a good driving record but if not forget about it. they have a poor crash test rating and cost more to insure than a 2008 caliber SRT-3 which is what i got. i saved 300 bucks for 6 months and got a newer car. that shoudl help. if you buy one look to pay about 800-2000 a year. unless your over 30

Srt4 is basically perfect from factory, although it dont hurt to make it better! =) people make their cars look to how their personality is and i dont think people can judge a certain style.
