If all this is real(which is not) then how silly it sounds that first you are filming someone without his/her permission & after this you are saying him/her to sign a disclaimer to broadcast it on TV.

First of all this show is fake but I want to say something about human rights.
Anybody don't have right to shoot film of someone personal or non-personal life with hidden or non-hidden cameras even with (or without) the permission of his/her partner. That is way public or non public places such as malls, Elevators or shops etc which are equip with hidden or non hidden cameras has a warning notice on their walls that "this place is under camera surveillance for security reasons".

hmm.. at least the bindass reality show sounds much more intelligent than this dumb interview. and about gender equality, i guess male population were supposed to raise that question as mostly males are being investigated in EA show.
