He slammed her like that intentionally. They ALWAYS say that the tape doesn't tell the whole story. It seems to tell the WHOLE story if the vid comes from a patrol car. I know how this works, i spent several years behind the wheel of a patrol car.

i get the fact that reporters have to use "alleged" to protect themselves but come on. they just played video of it. there's no "alleged", he did it and we just watched it.
