Jacksonville, Florida's utility authority - JEA - stores half a million gallons of volatile Hydrogen Peroxide in neighborhoods across the city. This one is right by Mandarin High School - and is virtually unprotected.

  • We go by that tank every day when i get droped off at Mandrain High School. It really dosent stop any bad obers. Haha, but Ive always wondered what that was siting there in the tank. Thanks for telling me.
