agreed!! in rhino4 you would be done & watching a move... consider that rhino4 isn't very good when it comes to filleting stuff....it is also a matter of user skill.... for this tasks i use spaceclam

I applaud your initiative, as Icem material is hard to come by. However this is a painful example which does not showcase the strengths of bezier modeling!
