@OldTimeForties return line of the fuel. whatever isnt used by the engine comes back to the tank. Pump -> fuel rail with injectors-> fuel regulator-> return line

What does the 3rd pipe do, that's coming out of the pipe. There's the wire for the power, then the fuel line for the engine, what does the third one do? (I'm a fair bit terrible with cars)

@OldTimeForties There was only two on this sending unit. One fuel pressure and the other one is the return. The fuel tank its self will have a vent or evap line.

next time you want to empty a gas tank, remove the fuel pump relay and bridge it. easier and single person :)

@Veikra Ya we used to do that at work, but I had to cut the wires anyway so this was just faster
