Ingredients:
3-4 medium potatoes (I used desiree)
50g melted butter
2 teaspoons of garlic
150 ml of double thick cream
1 tablespoon of sage
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1-2 cups of cheese (I used a mix of cheddar and parmesan)
salt and pepper to taste

I baked them for 30 mins in 180 degrees celsius (fan forced) 200 degrees (conventional). I then dropped the temp down to 100 (fan forced) 120 (conventional) for about 10 mins. Turn the oven off and leave in for another 5 mins then take out.

  • wait, was the cream "sour cream"? im from the USA and idk what you mean...

  • @XXtennisluver1204XX .. the ingredients are in the description bar. In australia we have what is called "double thickened cream" basically it means it has already been whisked into a thick consistency. You can use regular cream, just give it a bit of a whisk to thicken it up first :)

  • easy, love this..and love u ;)

  • @dinagape ... nawwwh thanks :)

  • What kind of cream do you use? What kind of herb are you using? Rosemary herb?

  • @Solitude075 .. I tend to use thickened cream and in that one I put a little bit of rosemary and sage.
