I'm so SORRY about the reupload. I wanted to edit some things that were bugging me. ._.
-Commissioner Gordon plays the chief of police, and her father. xD
-Thrax is making a ruckus so the chief tells his daughter to go see what he wants; which explains why she visits his cell.
-When Thrax escapes he seeks her out and then he tells her the things he wants to do to her. (So the naughty things shown don't actually happen. xD) She gets away from him and hides in the shadows with a knife...
(If you can't tell what's in his glasses, it's her undressing.)
