Schools can either e part of the childhood obesity problem -- selling fast food and sodas for lunch -- or part of the solution. In some San Antonio neighborhoods, including many where 80 percent of adults are either overweight or obese, schools aren't just preaching nutrition. They're revamping their lunchroom menus and getting little couch potatoes physically active.

  • This is the message I'm trying to get out! I love it!

  • I was never allowed to have soda until I was 17 years old!! Also, parents need to get rid of these video games for kids!! Tell them to go ride their bikes around the block, or gather some friends and play around the neighborhood.
