I actually liked Shane and Kayla together. Not like Steve and Kayla but they were a decent pairing. I guess I just really liked Charles Shaughnessy and Mary Beth Evans so putting them together wasn't so horrible to me.

@ozkimber I agree 100%,although this pairing might have theoretically worked much better if Kimberly was out of the picture.Charles Shaughnessy & Mary Beth Evans otherwise had great chemistry together.

the pairing of shane and kayla was as disgusting as the pairing of bo and carly. both of these relationships were "rebound", because kayla and bo were both grieving over hope and steve! so obvious that they were together just to get over their grief.

OMG - I forgot the writers actually "went there" . I'm sorry I watched it. Steve and Kayla were soulmates. What on earth were those writers thinking????
I did read somewhere that CS actually left DOOL because of he didn't agree with the pairing either.....
