Sadly everyone has an opinion about anything and everything and yet the wars, disputes and famine etc etc just continue. You may improve your ability to love this way but how about things you cant control like in laws and your spouses friends.

What you are suggesting is like a drop in the proverbial bucket...no offense but one problem solved usually opens another problem door.

Thanks Debbie. I totally agree with you.. my desire to develop my spiritual side can sometimes cause a lot of problems.. especially when I ignore the ego.. conversely i think the ego is useful in creating boundaries and ensuring my personal rights and values...
