The Slave Kingdoms
Gates Travels through the old kingdoms of Asante and Dahomey in modern Ghana and Benin to unravel the real story of the transatlantic slave trade. From Slave castles on the coast to royal courts in the interior, he finds both pride in these powerful African kingdoms, and discomfort about the source of their wealth and power.
The Holy Land
For over 1600 years, Ethiopia was a Christian kingdom, whose rulers traced their lineage back to Solomon and the Queen of Sheba. Gates' journey takes him to rock-hewn churches, mountain monasteries and royal shrines; and on to Aksum, birthplace of an ancient civilization, and home, the Ethiopians believe, to the Lost Ark of the Covenant.

@319am1 The Ancient Aksumite empire stretched from Southern Sudan, to Eritrea, to Northern Somalia to Yemen, half of Saudi Arabia and parts of Oman. The Ethiopian highlands has always been the capital of Abyssinia.

This video made me remember the hard bondage my forefathers went through in the 1600s-1800s. We will never forget what the heathen nations have done to the people of the Holy One of Israel, black scattered on the four corners of the earth during Jacob's trouble. The Most High willing, we will soon see Zion brothers and sisters,

It was not African's selling other African's into slavery. It's was African's selling Hebrew Israelite's into slavery. It was reported that in 70 A.D over 100,000,000 black jews (original jews) fled into Africa to escape Roman persecution. When they got their, they mainly wen to the west, some south. But Israelite's can be found all over Africa now. God's people were scattered just like the Bible predicted. Duet. 28:68 prophesize the slave trade. #Research
