@PureChannelOneSource yah, I like to do the same thing...even when it feels unenjoyable, I continue forward cause I know that it will pass and get better on the other side. I chalk it up to part of the experience of being alive. When I find myself struggling, I remind myself that if I fight it, I only make it worse. There's a peace or acceptance that emerges if you don't wrestle with what is coming up....thanks for the lovely posting Pure Channel:)

I just do the best I can to make the changes I need to. It's important to realize fears for what they are and just keep working through the changes however unenjoyable the process is, it is ultimately very rewarding.
Entering new territories often times is connected with insecurity and fears, so when I face such situations I try to be aware what's going on inside of me, trying not to judge it, not to reach anywhere but simply stay lovingly with what I am right now and here.
Dear Aurora, I appreciate very much how natural your sharing is :-). Blessings

@byodomusic Byodo! Thanks for the post. Yes! I always have to remind myself that I have to treat myself with compassion when I'm feeling fearful of something:) -A

It depends on what the change is. I realized about a couple of years ago that every physical move I've made since high school, I cry. I get to the new place and that first night, I cry tears of fear, sadness, loss. Recently I've been trying to approach change by noting that it's a change-- not negative or positive-- simply a change, and then see what it has in store for me. I'm hoping to move soon. We'll see if I cry:) Blessings Aurora.

@onihaoniha Yup, I've been learning the same thing, detaching from associating a negative or positive feeling and just experiencing it as different versions of intensity... It surely helps. I've also learned to enjoy crying because of the release that it brings. Wailing is fantastic! haha! Those hearty sobs can bring about so much releasing.

@onihaoniha I'd love to see our culture get to a place where seeing people walking down the street in the morning with their coffee, sobbing, was normal and nothing to get worked up about! Thanks Iriemimen:)
