What on earth are you trying to do? lol
I did my first trapeze swing yesterday in a little 2 hour class and LOVED it!
First we did a knee hang I think it's called. Then we got caught. So much fun!

Haa haa haa! I'm trying to do a bunch of different tricks but the one that I screamed the most on was the layout. Glad you liked your first class and congrats on catching the knee hang!! Keep up the good work and try not to scream like I do ;)
