    Possibly because of any reasons, such as: her dyed hair and the schnoz job (which she may or may not have had), or because, despite the stereotype of 'looking like an Iraqi woman' (you meant a Mediterranean looking woman, right?), Individually, Middle Easterners, Indians and North Africans also have in their populations people with blond hair, light eyes and 'European features'. 'Nordics' are essentially de-pigmented and environmentally adapted 'Mediterraneans'.
