UFO sighting over Oslo on August 13, 2011 between 22:15 and 22:40. 31 objects flew without sound or flashing (as airplanes are required to) and with individual velocity and flightpaths in an east west trajectory over Oslo. No military or civilian mass flight activity was reported in the Oslo area this night.

@NewfoundlandComedy Correct. I could not identify the objects. That is why we call them UFO's, which stands for... yes, you said it: Unidentified Flying Object, UFO. Please stop misinterpret what UFO stands for. It does not mean alien spaceships... I just saw what I saw, I recorded it, and I still have no clue whatsoever what this was...

Flott opptak! En natt sommeren 2009 så jeg akkurat samme type lyskule (skremmende lik, men noe pulserende) komme raskt inn ganske lavt over Rygge, mot øst fra Oslofjorden. Stjerneklar natt med måneskinn, så endret den bane 90 grader mot sør og steg betraktelig i høyde, gikk så mot sørvest mot fjorden igjen, flakket rundt en god stund før den steg rett opp og forsvant raskt. Er oppvokst ved militærflyplassen her, har sett masse ulike jagerfly og helikoptere, men aldri noe med slike egenskaper.

vicingvic: I used max zoom, but since I used a wide angle lens, I did not get as close to the action as i would have. Regarding "chinese balloons": I´ve commented on this on several occations before. In short: Chinese balloons cannot move as fast as fighter jets. Period. I agree they look like them. But at least one moves far to fast.
