  • Steve Morse is a great musician, but Riche is so... so much better. Without Blackmore Deep Purple will never be the same. But, on the other hand, this is a new page in history of one of the greatest rock bands of all times.

  • @IlRezzonico I wish he could recover the mighty power of his voice again, like old times.

  • I wish Gillan would grow his hair down to his waist again, like old times.

  • @WhizzlerOne yes, improvisation... i know... i've been a deep purple fan since birth but that specific part of the song MUST be played on a guitar. I never meant that Steve Morse is a Richie copy, i meant 'couldn't he play that specific part of the song on a guitar, like Richie did' of course with his own modifications... This is like playing smoke on the water with a scottish bagpipe... come on mate...

  • @Grimrippa1 Why? Steve Morse is not a Richie-Copy...he's a guitar player par excellence, so what? Richie himself most of tzime did not play (as well as the other guys did, by the way!) always as it was recorded, man. What DP always did: Improvisation. The real thing, from my point of view. That's making music.

  • How can you have the holiest of holys in solos played on the keyboard?!!! Couldn't Steve play that part as Blackmore did?!! I love deep purple but this is too sad to watch/hear.

  • How it is sad to see this song and Mr. Gillan just after I saw this song from 1993. Hope to see them forever!

  • Great song

  • Great!!!!

  • Thanks! Great!! I love so much Deep Purple and Gillan more than all!!!
