James David Manning of Atlah Worldwide, who declared at the National Press Club that Obama is not only "the most notorious criminal in the history not just of America, but of this entire planet." Earlier this month, the marquee on Manning's church accused Obama of faking his citizenship and explicitly challenged the president to prove that he was born in the United States, as required under the constitution.

You guys,.... At 8:40 you can clearly see what happens to his eyes. Ok..... Now please take a look at the rest of the picture at the same exact time that, that happens as well; You will also notice howeverything freezes up as well. It was just a processing glitch. @juanmora19910209 Your wrong man, I saw footage of someone with this double eyelid shapeshifting feature someone filming it on a LCD tv during one of obamas state of the unions , he was in the audience and blinked with one eye turning black and the man sitting beside him actually turned his head to look at him, that is PROOF this is not some video error

@8:40 it is a glitch if u look on the left side of his face you'll see what looks like an ear there that appears & disappears with the black of the eye..plus if you look at the normal shape of the eye the black not only goes over the eye but around the lid as well. hence, glitch.
