Constant oil level is maintained via a remote reserve tank. Adjustable air flow to regulate flame height and temperature. Simple construction so you can build it from common hardware store parts.

I'm working on smaller designs instead of going big.

  • thanks for the simple construction im new to this idea of burning wast oil.but, this really explains alot. i would suggest the on the air inlet making a tempture gauge like on a stove then you could fire up and put it right where you need it .

  • My experience is with this kind of set-up that the ash is building up pretty quick and that it finally blocks the air inlet. How do you prevent the ash build up in the burner pot?

    I like the simple design though!
