1.) There IS an magicians code of ethics, three actually though slightly different from each other. I'm not referring to the Magic Circle's code of conduct either, that's different.

2.) Evidence comes up with a few simple searches or are you to dumb to use Google properly.

3.) Slight of hand IS an art, you're just too ignorant to understand it.
