  • I do this with making lists too! Break it down into tiny tiny steps and write it down. I have a list of stuff on my computer.

    It gives you such a sense of accomplishment when you complete several of the baby steps. Plus, with getting a job recently this has become even more crucial because I need to remember deadlines for stuff along with my work schedule.

  • Changing even my mindset I have towards things from the big picture into baby steps, as you said, has seemed so daunting to even attempt. I know this would help me so much but I'm even afraid to attempt making this change, worried that I can't do it or do it perfectly. I guess if I try to think of this as not a major change but just a habit I have to break, I might be able to start and get somewhere with it. Thanks Samm :)
