  • @qwerty6306 are sponsored by alcohol companies...also your argument that making money isnt grounds for making something illegal is just insane... our government risks the lives of thousands of people just to make money.. a lot of people think that we have troops in afghanistan because it produces 90% of the worlds heroin...are you aware that the cia have been caught smuggling dugs

  • @qwerty6306 If it is the #1 cash crop, then I highly doubt they would be loosing out on a lot of money by making it legal. Then again, you might still have a point, pharmaceutical companies also play a big part in the conditioning of American citizens. As I said I dont think its a money issue, its a control thing...

  • @qwerty6306 ANd no offence I highly doubt the alcohol business would be affected as much as you think. This is America after all, no one is just gonna give up alcohol for weed. People are still going to buy it. I truely believe it has something deeper than money. And you made the point of all the anti drug commercials? That supports my argument. Of course they will put that there, they don't want you to do it. They like the way it is now. all that nice control from fear. WEED KILLS

  • @qwerty6306 I understand this but it is not an argument you can bring up in court. It was made illegal because of some rediculous hoax. Ok so it would cost millions of dollars but on the flip side, you don't think they could make it all back by taxing it? Instead of people buying some rediculous medicine that is no better than a placebo, they would just get some herb???Why not???Why is that so hard to grasp. If 40% of people are already doing it like you said, think of the PROFIT!

  • @qwerty6306 smuggling drugs before*

  • @kikme420 it marijuana (which was a term nobody had used before) and said that it was making black people and mexicans rape women and children...so congress outlawed it not even knowing they were outlawing hemp...and the reason it is illegal today is because it would cost pharmaceutical and alcohol companies billions of dollars...did you know that doctors get bonuses if they give out a certain number of prescription drugs..and why do you think all the commercials on tv about a drug free america

  • @kikme420 you should be smacked for having such stupid arguments...you obviously dont know why weed was even made illegal... let me educate you, the invention of the decorticator in the 30s made it easier to process hemp fiber and everyone thought hemp was going to be the next billion dollar product but william hearst was a guy that owned a bunch of paper mills and it was going to cost him millions of dollars and run him out f business.... so he started printing stories in his newspaper calling

  • Who the hell is the Government to tell me what I can and can't consume. It is my body, my temple, not theirs. I can smoke an addictive insecticide and drink the toxic run off of rotten fruits and grains but I can't enjoy a God given herb that Mother nature has provided for us to help us through this journey called Life.

Who the hell are you to tell me how to live? When we become a nation where we say "please, tell me how to live" we're doomed. - The last words from Ken Burn's Prohibition Series.

  • @kikme420 heres why its illegal: it makes the most money and helps people

  • @TheTvrulesthenation The system which I refer to is America itself, the Machine. It is largely influenced by TV. Hence the current system would fail and have to change. I am no lawyer so I can't argue law, but it doesn't take a lawyer to know that weed being illegal doesn't make sense and there must be a reason why it is illegal that has nothing to do with anything you can argue in court.
