Coronary heart disease is the leading cause of both men and women in the US. Coronary heart disease kills almost 700,000 people each year. Coronary heart disease occurs when arteries that supply the heart become narrowed and may cause a heart attack. Dr. Dahlman's video describes how coronary heart disease can be reversed or prevented by a healthier diet.

  • WHY has Razwell been removed. He brought up great points.

Saturated fat has NEVER been shown to increase CHD mortality or incidence or total mortality in any randomized clinical dietary intervention trial.

The abstracts of statin trials are MANIPULATED Look at teh ABSOLUTE RISK REDUCTION NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL. What Razwell said is true . It is in Dr. Ravnskov's book a man who knows far more than you doctor.

  • Well, unless you guys calm down, I will remove you also. I TOTALLY agree with Razwell and you. I am a HUGE fat fan and have never believed that fat was a villian. We ALL agree...Razwell obviously didn't listen to my video. I suggest you do also, don't accuse me of not knowing as much as some other doctor and realize that we all agree and you are wasting my and my viewers time....or risk being blocked.

  • Are YOU aware that in the MRFIT trial the numbers were MANIPULATED by Dr. Jerimiah Stamler , the director of the trial, to SOUND impressive. According to Dr. Stamler the risk of dying from a heart attack with cholesterol above 265 mg/dl was 413% higher than with cholesterol below 170 mg/dl. Sounds Impressive BUT LET'S HAVE A LOOK AT THE ACTUAL NUMBERS IN THE FULL TEXT

  • Razwell's been removed.

  • YOU doctor have MUCH TO LEARN

If LDL "causes " coronary artery disease then WHY have autopsy and angiography/EBT studies shown NO CONNECTION between total or LDL cholesterol levels and extent of atherosclerosis

UNTIL YOU doctor can ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS YOU have no business spewing scientifically UNFOUNDED anti saturated fat anti cholesterol HYPERBOLE

  • See below, Mr. Razwell...or risk being blocked. I don't know where you get the idea I am anti-fat. I am not.

  • I am doing a project for a Coronary Heart Disease and part of it was to find what prevents it, this helped me thank you.

  • My Doctor has prescribed me Niaspan, I am only 33 but he says I have high cholesteral. Is there anyway I can return back to my normal health without eventually going down the expensive path of Prescription Drugs? My parents take loads of medication thankfully they have premium insurance, but I am indepedant of them and low-income, but only qualify for the QuestAce medicare program which doesn't cover prescription drugs beyond basic antibiotics. :(

  • Dr. thank you very much for posting this video

  • Coronary heart disease is a serious medical disorder and result of unhealthy dietary habits. In 2002, I was so shocked when I discovered I suffered the disease, which I tried to help my patients prevent. View my video by clicking the name of my channel, "carbscankill", and find what I have done for myself, to restore my health.

  • Ketone body as a result of low carb diet is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is not the ketone body, acetoacetone, in diabetic ketosis. Beta-hydroxybutyrate can be more efficiently used by the heart, muscles, and brain for energy.

  • why did you not mention ketosis? which is a common side effect of a low carbs diet.

  • Love your documentary !! :D :D :D

  • I am so impressed with Levodyn, it really made my blood pressure at normal level. it's really great.

  • soooo...............what's coronary heart disease again??
