Eric Clapton live in Birmingham 1986 (Slowhand tour). After 6 great songs with Phil Collins as drummer, Clapton leaves the stage, not without introducing his friend to the crowd:
"Now it's your chance to hear THAT song again... the one you've been waiting for! The beautiful, the wonderful... Phil Collins!"
Of course, he comes back moments later to play the guitar for In The Air Tonight. After that, it's time for Layla :)
You can blame YouTube's poor compression for the bad video quality... and the frustrating 10-min limit for not being able to hear that introduction, the second part of Layla and the huge round of applause at the end.
