I don't know for sure if humans are to be blamed for global warming. Climate is a huge thing and we don't know have enough recorded data to justify the blame. Having said that, I think we should stop worrying about global warming because we are powerless to stop it anyway. Instead focus more on local issues like air and water pollution. If you can change the local environment, the global environment will follow suit.

@Diamondbac People contribute to about roughly 4% of the words co2. 87% of that comes from America and China with their Coal manufactures. The true cause of the change in climate is caused from the sun...Makes sense doesnt it? That the sun would heat up the earth. What type of crazy person would suggest otherwise? Someone who wants to tax you for Co2, in other words wants to tax u to breath.

We are in an INTERGLACIAL period according to the long term records -- what's warming the other planets/moons? Efficiency is out the window as long as investor-owned power, centrally generated, is the proposed solution -- in any form. Getting rich by trading carbon credits will not actually save one ounce of emitted carbon...

Replacing coal with nuclear makes sense whether not mans c02 emissions are heating the earth up. Most of our coal capacity is over 44 years old. We are going to have to replace theses plants over the next 40 years, we should use nuclear.
