I am going to have to try this recipe.... I am slowly introducing my husband to new spices... I have to do it slowly and use very little at first.... but this looks good... thank you

Delicious :P I make my kofta the same but i use ground lamb and we make the rice with spaghetti very similar and we call it pilaff :) but love this video thank you! xxxx
