Riding Boston's Central Artery 2008

-20 Years after my 1988 filmed ride on the old elevated Boston Central Artery, this is essentially the same trip which shows how it has all changed.
With this years increase in file length limits by You Tube, I was able to show this as one video.

The Big Dig sure improved driving conditions in Downtown Boston and the old Central Artery I heard was very overcrowded and narrow. By the way, Go Red Sox!

TD Banknorth Garden on the right as you cross the Zakim Bridge at 1:55, 20 years ago, there was no Zakim Bridge and the old Boston Garden was essentially right in the same spot, just across the street.

This was from today (8-28-08). Sox were playing the Yankees this afternoon and Joe and Dave were talking about last night's game. Right after Pedroia hit the grand slam last night, NESN showed Hank Steinbrenner in his suite and he didn't look too happy...

Once again, thank you for today's vid and the series of 1988 Artery clips that you posted awhile back. I greatly appreciate them :)
