If i'm not wrong there are symbols of the singl Soviet Republics (I'm sure about Armenia and Azerbaijan with his oil tower!) and Autonome Republics also

Thanks, Omsk is not that widely known outside of Russia, so views of it would be unfamiliar.
The rest of it is Soviet era symbols & propaganda.
