WELL THEY ACTULLY Xieng khuang was the biggest fight state in laos so yeah they sing that song alot.

I am fond of Xieng-khuang for many Lao great songs are related to this region. How much the Lao like Xieng-khuang? Once it was Tran-ninh by Vietnam. But, history tells that Vietnam respects the right of the Lao on this land. Xieng-khuang itself is history of the Lao.
By the way, I would like to know why Shee-dar is related to? and what means Shee-dar, here.
