The US Supreme Court has ruled that Atheism must be considered a Religion in order to come under court authority for first amendment protection by the first amendment law. Therefore, presto, Atheism is religion. Even though it is non-faith based religion, it still gets to be religion. The court is the final arbiter. Cheers!

Religion: religion, faith, religious belief (a strong belief in a supernatural power or powers that control human destiny.) Yup, thanks, but no thanks. The judicial decision? Non-applicable. Words and terms cannot be redefined at will by those seeking short-term political goals. I enjoy being religion-free! Tis' a wonderful feeling. Oh... and if words can be re-defined at will, than I choose to re-re-define "religion" to be non-inclusive of, "a lack of belief in a god," cuz that don't make sense

All people are atheists, really. Everyone can't truly believe in ALL religions. Thus, we are all atheists. Christians don't believe in Allah...so they are atheists too.

I feel sorry for people who are born and raised in roligious families scince they get like a blockade that keeps them from learning and knowing the trouth. I can't tell you how happy I am that I am born in a non-religious family in a "non-religios" country.

I'm happy for you that you had the courage and knowledge to stop being religious :)

@Slumber2Slaughter Too many ignorant people out there. Christians are begining to refuse any form of argument other than the Bible. I'm a Christian, and alot of people sadden me. No love of others, yet they conclude that the problem is ignorance or "hardened hearts." There are still a few logical Christians, but it seems sometimes i stand alone

Theres still quite a few left who are genuine Christians and have reasons for believing what we believe. Totally agree that saying that everyone believes in god is just ignorance expressed when no other options of arguing are available. Hope to hear from you soon

lol im a Christian and that pisses me off too. I'd like to have a friendly debate as I enjoy arguing. Correct if I'm wrong, but i believe this statement is just a branch off of a fact that anyone ive ever met (Atheist or theist). Everyone wonders in some point of their life if theres a God, and this is twisted into saying that everyone believes in God deep down or whatever. I respect your position and your beliefs, it seems so many christians are brainwashed and cant actually argue.

We all have the free will to make our own choices just or unjust. If your a christian who wants to show others that GOD is legit then do it through the way you conduct yourselves with understanding and love, use some tact and quit threatening eternal damnation {unless your on GOD's advisory panel on heaven and hell} are you called to judge or love? As far a I'm concerned religion is largely a global tool to divide and hide, humanity and our spiritual nature respectively. TheTruthShallSetuFree!

I'm 100 percent sure your a atheist. If everything were peachy and everybody believed in God the bible would be lying. The Christ said that false saviors will arise in these days and even God's chosen will be deceived if that is possible.
