sounds like you need to release yourself first. Then you wont have such a load to deal with.
Then the ceramic bearings may do wonders for you if you keep them polished and tak'n care of.
The secret with ceramic bearings is use a light lubricate.
Just a dab on your finger and the balls will be slick enuff.

@egopower Running steel ball bearings without lubricant will destroy them, due to heat build up. Steel is rated 4-4.5 on mohs scale, ceramic is about 8-8.5 (diamond is 10). Try to smack both of these with hammer, and show me results. Ceramic can shred dirt that bulits in bracket, while steel gets destroyed. Ceramic balls are more rounder under microscope, they create less resistance. Corrosion is big minus for steel. Ceramic bearings wouldn't be expensive if they don't have so many advantages.
