a good reality check is trying to use your phone. every time i try to call someone in a dream it NEVER works. i think that might be common... im excited to try this out. thanks for the video!

my problem is if i realise im dreaming i blink and if i blink i wake up it bothers me and when i dream sometimes its hard to take control of my mind

i'm missing something.. so i wrote a word on my hand, i kept reguarly looking at it throughout the day, reality checking right? the word on my hand said ''SURE'' in big capital letters - (no significance whatsoever, just the first thing which came to mind) so i went to sleep, and had a completely different dream, nothing relating to the word. and what i guess i'm asking, how am i going to get myself to look at my hand in a dream? it's hard and confusing, your replys would be highly appreciated!

Another reality check is to look at the time, turn away, and look back. In a dream, the time would have completely changed or not even show digits anymore.

I can never look directly at my hands in a dream, if i do i wake up immediately. I can see my hands in my line of vision when i pick something up, but i can't look directly at them. I use windows, there are always windows in my dreams.
