Funny T6 Hwo player with monstrous W/L record

When i looked at this guy's record, i didn't believe my eyes first. He's got a 9312w 11023l (sic) and still a 2nd Dan! How can you play so much with one character and can't do a simple thing with him. I just don't understand...
Actually, i think he's movement is ok and he even blocked my lows, but that's just not enough for person, who played more, that 20000 fights with one char.

I don't understand the promotion process. I beat three people that outrank me by 10 classes or more and still didn't get a promotion chance. Atleast SS4 shows you some numbers to explain what happened.

@lfieldsjr13 You must win with close rank players +/-2 ranks. Sometimes it's very hard to find people of your rank. And if you lose, you lose ALOT.
