In this video, Mr Anil Kumble, the great cricketer and an avid wildlife enthusiast and conservationist speaks for a new initiative --the Lost! Amphibians of India project or LAI led by Dr S D Biju, University of Delhi, India. LAI is a multi-partner initiative that seeks to discover amphibian species in India, which have never been reported after their original report or description - a period which ranges from 16 to 169 years. While stressing the importance of amphibians in ecosystem, Anil Kumble extends his full support for LAI project and invites people to join hands for amphibian conservation in India.
