I thought the best episode was "Dark Quickning" Duncan turned evil and had to fight "himself" also when he was fighting death in his dream and dreamt he lost his head fighting death. I Dont remember the episode name but it was in season one

You know what's interesting, this show was inspired/based on the move Highlander, for which Queen provided the soundtrack. In fact, the song at 1:04 is a Queen song. And Anita Dobson, is married to Brian May, guitarist of Queen.
It's a small world after all.

There's a master of acting here, but it's not Adrian Paul... it's Mr Britton. Thanks for posting - I know Miss Dobson does not make an appearence after Part 2, but please post the ending:)
