I suggest you actually read the terms of the treaty before making such statements. A lifting of the "blockade" (in quotes because Israel allowed through ample humanitarian goods) was conditioned upon a halt to rocket attacks, not just from Hamas, but from all parties in Gaza. There was no halt as the video clearly shows.

anyway i know i can convince u for shit and i wanted u to know i consider myself to be left wing and trust i have solidarity with the palestinians but then again no other country would respond differently if rockets were shoot towards one of their cities.

This is absolutely false. There is not one proof of any assumption that Israel would even make such an admission. This is another United Nation's attempt to present their misguided views to the public, and for the inability of the United Nation to distinguish the terrorist for e legitimate security force. Hamas are not a legitimate force, but a bunch of ruthless terrorists, and Israel had NOT made any claims that it violated any laws. Hamas had made several violations of the cease fire laws.

What do you expect? The UN containes 57 Islamic nations. That's why in America we are allowed to ask for a jury of our peers. Muslims all have a very bad opinion of Israel but take no responsibility for their own treatment of non-muslims and Jews leading up to the creation of Israel.

Hamas ARE a legitimate government. I know its hard for you to swallow but it was people like you that initiated the elections thinking that the people of Palestine would vote for Fatah but you were all wrong... and now you refuse to accept the results.
Why would Israeli make a claim that it had violated any laws. No country would ever claim that. Only a fool would. They will deny everything to save their asses and shift the blame onto the Palestinians and how they had to react in "self-defense"

No they aren't. They were legitimate only inasmuch as they acted under the rules of the Palestinian Authority. Once they engaged in an illegal coup in Gaza, they ceased being legitimate. Under your view of legitimacy, the If the Democrats gain control of congress, and then take over by arms an integral part of the United States, they would be legitimate. That is simply absurd.

therefore....Israel is also illegitimate? Their claim to Jerusalem being their capital after anexxing East Jerusalem ILLEGALY (as the move is still not recognised internationally). Kind of ruins your claim now doesn't it?

My so called "view" that you have tried to explain to me is not even remotely similar. Hamas were already the legitimate government.
