Too bad they didn't make an english version of Tales of Destiny remake, Philia is one of the coolests(cutest X3) character in the series...and powerful :3

It's a glith called "stop 128"(something like that). After using 128 times stop flow in one battle, you can cast spells very fast.

You really shouldn't post 5 comments on a video - it's kind of spammy, especially when there are 2 pairs of duplicate posts...

And he didn't use a code or cheats, he's simply got Philia's cast time down with Swordian Devices, a Necklace, and probably some other stuff like maxing out spell usage, which I think decreases cast time.
