The Balloon Artist must be skilled with balloons yet sensitive to time management (a fluid dynamic in this setting) and still balance the desires of the patrons & 'Make a Memory/Moment' to blatantly endear the patron to the restaurant. One cannot simply just 'make a balloon'.

The Balloon Artist must entertain & engage at the table they are at & make a moment to stand out & give the patrons another reason to return to the restaurant.




Properly done, the benefit to the restaurant is that with the passage of time, an attractive following of eager children will drag their parents regularly to said restaurant and bring their appetites and $$$ with them & the Balloon Artist hopes for the opportunity to impress the patron sufficiently to be hired for a private event. So, in effect the balloon twister is 'auditioning' for a potential job at every table. We twist at several restaurants every week.
