this is a brief demo/review of my epiphone G400. mahogany body/neck, alnico classic pickups, grover tuners, and 1961 appointments. i bought it used for $200, but can be had in stores or online for $400. after a little setup, a string change, and some breaking in this guitar is well worth the money. signal chain=the guitar straight into my fender frontman 65r.

  • It sounds like a mud slide. change the settings.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 yeah the vocals sound shitty as well, so part of it is attributed to the camera mic. AND its the neck pickup during the first half of the video. which is a bassier sound. i thought emo kids liked it dark, damn

  • The 2010 model Epiphone G400. Standard 62 Sg is still to this day considered by many professional guitarist to be the best standard Sg out there. And yes Gibson fans even better than the Gibson standard Sg and it most certainly is by a country mile. Epiphone are way underpriced for the top professional quality they deliver today and the only reason Epiphones are underpriced is because there made over sea's but that's going to change for shure. Gibson hasn't made a better guitar Epiphone in 4 yea

  • we got the same guitar man!i love it!i was thinking abiout getting a new amp?would u suggest the frontman 65? is it loud enough to battle the drummer and for small gigs?

  • Today's Epiphone sg's and les Paul's are so under priced for the top quality they deliver today its pathetic I would never choose a Gibson over today's Epiphone Never.

  • @shademonger13

I actually like the dirty sound

  • Hey do you have any pedals that you'd want to trade for a mxr classic distortion?

  • that was awesome :D
