@LesliMademoiselle I've been using a clarifying shampoo only once a week. I wash twice a week, and the other time, I just use any shampoo for strengthening hair. I'm sure to "wash, rinse repeat." I was scared of having greasey hair, but so far that's not been the case. I think you're going to enjoy this journey. All the best, me.

this is what i am gonna do, i started doing this about a week ago buty i think im really gonna get more into it.
