Driver card for undocumented workers

Should illegal immigrants be issued a driver's ID? That's one of the ideas, being debated, as part of the state budget. The measure would allow illegal immigrants to drive legally with a "driver card." FOX 11's Mark Leland has the latest on the "driver card" debate.
