Ken Byrnes, Carnival's Singing Maitre d', entertains in the dining room aboard the Carnival Dream

(New version) He could've been a great lounge singer, but Maitre d' Ken Byrnes chose a career at sea. Apparently he hasn't lost his ability to work a room, whether as a Maitre d' or singing to his restaurant audience. This was the Carnival Dream Inaugural luncheon in Port Canaveral.

My wife and I were on the CARNIVAL MAGIC when she made her debut in Galveston last month. I couldn't agree with you more in regard to Ken Byrnes. I was very surprised when I first heard him.
