@vv41zx if its the aucasaurs then its because theyre part of a species called abelisaurs, whcih is made up by dinosaurs like abelisaurus, tarascosaurus, and carnotaurus. They just have messed up arms like that

@sammy8482 Africa and South America were part of the same landmass. Even though by the late cretaceous the two had split, the carcharodontosaurid's predecessors would have been all across Gondwana, and in similar conditions very similar creatures evolve, and if descended from the same ancestor, then they are, in all cases but geographical distribution, the same.
