I was diagnosed with RA 7 years ago with frequent headaches and nausia. Eliminating aspartame from my diet has eliminated the headaches and reduces the medication for RA to half.....I believe a whole foods diet will be my cure. Please read all lables for how artificial sweetners are hidden in products.

it is surprising that they speak about it coz it is about huge money; aspartame is neurotoxine and it had been known many years before they pumped it into the food
