Twilight Saga: Eclipse Battle Vampires & Wolf Pack Fighting Scene

I'm not much of a twilight fan, actually I'm not a twilight fan at all but I think this was one of the best scenes of the movie, Twilight would maybe be cool if it didn't have glittery vampires and vampires without fangs and if it wasnt such a love story other than that it would be cool i guess.

these are vampires right? shouldn't they....possibly have more blood than humans, cause they drink it soo much? more so since they are new borns?

meh i don't read twilight, and i didn't see the movies, but this just confused me.

if the reason is because its a romance, please give me a reason why that's ok, look at shakespears romances, they were plenty bloody (and messed up, but it had realism in bloody deaths)
