the nail art pens are not very good you can buy them at target but the run out very easily so i don't advise getting them. :P

u do that with a pen i did them with the regular nail brush

I LOVE this tutorial!!! it's the best I've seen yet! because you use every affordable and EASY to find nail polish. ugh I hate the ones with the OPI and China glaze! Thanks! :) Also I love the nails! totally gunna do this. :)
