10.Strangers Love.?

She didn't push me off, nor try to get away from me. She just sat there in my arms, crying. Pretty soon her crys became silent, and her breathing became heavy. I swiftly lifted her up, placing her in the bed. I leaned over her, turning on the lamp. Her lips were a pale pink, and her eyes were swollen from all the tears she had cried.

I made my way out to the couch, letting her sleep in the bed. I leaned against the couch, flipping the T.v on. The rain had become stronger, and lighting and thunder had just started to occur. The electricity went out, and I grabbed a blanket, forcing myself to go to sleep.

It wasn't until around three in the morning, when I felt someone tapping my shoulder. I opened my eyes, to find Selena standing in front of me. Her was loose, and everywhere. She glanced at me, before sitting on my chest.

I laughed. "Come here."

I moved over slightly and pulled Selena ontop of me, placing the covers on top of her. "What's wrong?"

"I hate thunderstorms. They scare the hell out of me."

I wrapped my arms around her tiny waist, as the thunder struck again. She jumped a little as she wedged herself between the couch and me.

"Selena, listen. I'm really sorry about earlier. I snapped."

She shook her head. "It's fine Nick."

I rubbed her back. "Do you wanna talk about the videos you were watching when I got home."

"Umm. not really." She told me. I tilted her chin upward causing her to look at me. "It may make you feel better."

She sighed. "Nick."

"Selena."

Her body shifted against me, as If she was trying to get up. I grabbed her waist, as I sat up. I pulled her down on my lap, dragging my hands through her hair. Soft tears landed on my hands.

"Why are you crying?" I asked her.

"Nick. Ayden is someone you can never replace, because he was my son. He was the only person in the whole wide damn world who knew me. When I went into delivery, I was happy. I was in pain, but I was happy."

A smiled appeared on her face. "Taylor wasn't there and neither was my sister. I knew where they were."

-"Mom. I swear if this baby doesn't kill me, then I'm killing you." Selena said through her agonizing breaths.

Her mom laughed. "Every girl of mine will have natural child birth. Atleast once."

Hours had passed, that Selena had been put through pain. Taylor and Miley hadn't showed up, but selena didn't expect them to. She gave her final push, before laying her head down. The faint of crying didn't feel the room, nor did the gasp of her mother. She weakly lifted her head up.

"Is my baby ok? Why isn't he crying?"

None of the doctors would answer her. She yelled. "Where's my baby?"

Tears were pouring down her face like crazy. I wrapped my arms around her pulling her into me. "Sel. You don't have tell me anymore."

She wouldn't stop though. "The doctors said, I was bleeding enternally. They told me, I had been bleeding for about three weeks! When they didn't answer me when I asked for Ayden, I knew he was gone."

"alright Selena. and here is where I'm gonna stop you."

She shook her head. "I didn't get to hold him Nick. I didn't get to touch him, let alone see him. I closed my eyes for ten seconds, and then he was go-"

"Selena. Stop. Right. Now. No one is making you continue. I'm making you stop."

Her eyes looked at me. More tears rolled over her eyelids. I grabbed her, pulling her head into my chest. I slid my arms under her legs, gently lifting her up. I made my way to the room, placing her once again on the bed, this time laying next to her. I pulled the covers over us, and wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her closer to me.

"Go to Sleep."

Lighting and thunder struck this time. She scooted even closer to me. I laughed as her legs became entangled in mine.

The sun came through the curtains reflecting off my face, as took a deep breath and looked to Selena. She was propped up on her arm, looking at me. Her brown eyes looked at me, as shook my fingers through my hair.

"what are you doing up so early?" I asked her sitting up.

She smiled. "I just wanted to say thankyou, umm and."

She bit down on her lip, before leaning in. Her lips pressed against mine, as she grabbed the back of my head. I leaned more onto her, as she propped herself up on her elbows
