  • @kasperseemann Hello! Please make a step back to a variation of the dragon flag where you can keep your back straight. You simply need to build a little strength. :)

  • Thaks for the videos, very inspirational for who is new to this. Would be good to also mntion which muscles you use, or should concentrait on, for building strenght to manage these excerices.
