Eine Sportreportage über den Tanzsport der 38. EM im Garde- und Showtanz mit vielen Interviews und Tanzszenen. Höhepunkte sind ein Stechen zweier Gardetanzgruppen der Junioren und der Showtanz der Senioren sowie zwei Zusammenschnitte der vielen Tanzszenen. Tanzsport auf höchstem Niveau. Die Internationale Interessengemeinschaft für Tanzsport e.V. http://www.iig-tanz.de veranstaltete im Mai 2006 in der Eskara in Essenbach, Bayern die 38. Europameisterschaft. Veranstaltender Verein waren die Power Style Dancers http://www.power-style-dancers.de unter Organisator Joachim Ladiges. Martin Kochloefl und Jürgen Liebenstein filmten die 2-tägige Veranstaltung, die aus Junioren-Turnier am Samstag (bis 15 Jahre) und Senioren-Turnier am Sonntag bestand.

The possibilities to organize an tournament in this size here in Essenbach are already good, because we will be good supported by sponsors on location, but insiders know, that it becomes more difficult to get this money and there will be the support of cities necessary in the future."

At 3:16 - Left Girl: "The Nervousness, but you cannot stop this and the tension, there could be a little more tension on our dancers."
Interviewer: "Tension/Power in the body ..."
Left Girl: "Yes ..."
Right Girl: "We have this time many young dancers with us, seventeen years or so, who are first time on the championship and they are very nervous !"

Wir haben bei der EM 2006 und bei der WM 2007 gefilmt. Wenn ihr da getanzt habt, dann sag mit doch bitte die Tanzkategorie in welcher ihr getanzt habt, also 4.1 ... Dann schua ich nach. Wir werden demnächst alles von der WM den Vereinen zur Verfügung stellen, vielleicht ist das noch diese Woche fertig.

also war ja auch im tanzsport aktiv allerdings schon 20 jahre her damals war bei der iig noch alles anders aber eins frage ich mich wie kommen ich auf dises video??? direkt am anfang war 2006 nicht auf der em
